Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of RoleCall, including our website and any related features (the “Service”). By using the Service or creating an account, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What RoleCall is

RoleCall is a job board that reads openings directly from company hiring systems and aggregates them in one place. We link to the original posting — you always apply with the company itself, not through RoleCall. We are not the employer, we are not a recruiter, and we are not a party to any application or hiring decision.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You sign in with Google; you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for activity that happens under your RoleCall account. Tell us at support@getrolecall.com if you suspect unauthorized use. The Service is currently provided free of charge.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or bulk-download listings, or run automated sessions or request bursts against the Service;
• copy, resell, or redistribute our job dataset, or use it to build a competing product;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

We monitor for automated access patterns and may throttle, block, or terminate access that violates this section, without notice.

4. Job listings

Listings originate from third-party company hiring systems and public feeds. We do not author them and we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, still open, or legitimate. You are solely responsible for evaluating opportunities before applying. Links to company sites and other third parties are provided for convenience and do not imply our endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

5. Intellectual property

RoleCall, its name, logo, design, and the compilation of listings are our property and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted. Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used freely and without obligation to you.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, accurate listings, or any job outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoleCall will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to USD $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RoleCall harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or created risk for the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we revise the “Last updated” date above, and we will give additional notice for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kaunas, the Republic of Lithuania.
